Types of Treatment
Individuals
In individual therapy, my goal is to help you understand the challenges you're facing and uncover the patterns that might be holding you back. Together, we’ll work to address concerns like anxiety, depression, or stress and build the tools you need to create meaningful change. This process is deeply personal, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Couples
Relationships can be both fulfilling and challenging. In couples therapy, I work with you and your partner to address communication breakdowns, heal past wounds, and strengthen your connection. Using proven approaches, we’ll navigate the complexities of your relationship and build a stronger, healthier partnership together.
Families
Families are a dynamic system, and when one part struggles, the whole system feels it. In family therapy, I help you identify and address patterns that create conflict, improve communication, and foster deeper understanding. My goal is to support your family in creating a more harmonious and supportive environment.
Virtual Therapy
Life doesn’t always make it easy to prioritize your mental health, but virtual therapy offers the flexibility to get the support you need from your own home. Whether we’re working on personal growth, relationship challenges, or family dynamics, I provide the same compassionate, evidence-based care in a convenient, online format.
